Our Mission:

As Work-Based Learning champions, we empower Hawaii’s students to achieve meaningful and sustainable careers by engaging community, industry, government, and educators in all aspects of Career and Technical Education and Work-Based learning. As a result, our graduates live, learn, work, play and stay in their communities while earning a competitive and livable wage.

Cultivating Careers and Community:

Cultivate Hawai’i is working to help schools in the state of Hawai’i graduate students who are skilled and ready to work in their local community. We currently support Leilehua Complex in Agriculture & Ag-Tech, Value-Added Food Manufacturing, and Entrepreneurialism. Our goal is to help strengthen our communities and help them thrive. We believe that by supporting our educators and students, we can create a brighter future for everyone in Hawai’i.
