Cultivating Careers and Community

Cultivate Hawai'i Workforce Collaborative actively collaborates with and supports local schools to prepare students for successful careers within their communities. As Workbased Learning Intermediaries we provide assistance to the Leilehua, Mililani, and Waialua Complex, focusing on high-priority career pathways that align with the demands of our community and offer promising opportunities for students. These pathways include but are not limited to: Value-Added Food Manufacturing, Entrepreneurship, Agriculture, and Ag-Tech, Healthcare and Cybersecurity.

Our mission is to empower and strengthen our communities, fostering their growth and prosperity. We firmly believe that by supporting educators and students, we can create a brighter future for all of Hawai'i.

Computer Sciences and Agriculture.

We believe that careers in agriculture and computer science are vital to the future of food security, and we are committed to providing public school students with access to the best education in ag-tech possible. We work closely with local schools to make sure they have the resources and industry connections they need to stay ahead of the curve in ag-tech education.

Culinary and Food Innovation.

We believe we can inspire students interested in a culinary arts career to be creative with farmers' unused or unsellable produce and create a viable business making value-added food products.

Innovative and Successful Entrepreneurs.

We believe in the potential of Hawaii’s youth and their ability to bring about positive change. We support our schools by providing the tools and resources they need to help students start their own businesses, create jobs, and make a difference in their communities.
